Langtree Mall is in the city heart of Mildura and its redevelopment was initiated by Mildura Rural City Council as a way of revitalising the city’s central shopping mall.
The three shade structures were erected as a central place for shoppers and workers to sit outdoors while taking a break.
There can never be too much shade in Mildura! The desert climate exploits any weakness in outdoor materials. So after ten years of scorching hot sun and night time moisture, it’s great to see the Langtree Mall shade structures in as-good-as-new condition.
